The album combines all tracks that appeared on the two previously released Eagles greatest hits albums, along with other singles not included on the first two compilations, album tracks and the new track "Hole in the World".
On 20th July 2004, American hard rock band Van Halen released their second greatest hits album, Best of Both Worlds. The compilation features material recorded with lead vocalists Dave Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar.
