Atlanta, for example, has minimum download speeds of 5 mbps and upload speeds of 1 mbps. Essentially this allows Atlanta to do more with less bandwidth. The airport is cutting a corner, though not a big one.
Airport 75 720p
2-4 mbps: Enough for casual Web surfing, including checking email. Can be enough to stream a standard-definition video, but airports with speeds this slow usually don't recommend passengers stream video or download content.
4-6 mbps: Will provide a good Web surfing experience. Often fast enough to stream a 720p high-definition video, and it's possible to download some videos within about 20 minutes at this speed. But 4 mbps can still be sluggish.

AXIS Q6074 offers 30x optical zoom, superior video and excellent details in HDTV 720p resolution. It features Lightfinder 2.0 which captures low-light images with more saturated colors and sharper images of moving objects. And, Zipstream with support for H.264 and H.265 preserves all the important forensic detail you need, while significantly lowering bandwidth and storage requirements.
This means that anytime the network is busy, such as at a crowded stadium, sports game, concert, airport, or even in a city during rush hour, your speeds will be slower than customers who choose to get the Unlimited Extra or Elite plans.
I just finished doing Dora the Explorer, I was Boots. And that was amazing. I was in the airport, swear to God, I'm in the airport and I'm talking, I'd be like, "Let me have a beef burrito with cheese." And this little girl, about 5, yells out, "Hey, you're Boots!" I look at her and "You're Boots! You're Boots! I know you're Boots!" And I was like, "You're right, I'm Boots."
I think it depends on how they label and sell 4K. For example if you buy an SD version of a movie, you have to buy it again in HD if you want it. On the other hand, all HD purchases were upgraded from 720p to 1080p when the HD resolution was change in iTunes.
The funny thing is that HD is still relative. Most local broadcasters still only broadcast in 720p, even after all this time, because the cost to upgrade to 1080p is prohibitive, especially for such a (relatively) small difference in picture quality. 2ff7e9595c
